About the Role:

Fuse are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and motivated Senior Account Manager to join the Events and Live Experiences Team, focusing specifically on guest programs and ticket management. The role will be to support the smooth and timely planning and delivery of both large and small-scale ticketing and hospitality guest programmes for one of our longest standing clients at Fuse, who sponsors a major British tennis event and the largest music festival in the UK.

About You

You will have strong interpersonal and project management skills, excellent attention to detail and be confident when liaising with clients and rightsholders. You will have experience working within the ticketing and hospitality element of an events-based project and have an interest in sport and entertainment. Proven experience in end-to-end ticket distribution and event management is a necessity.

The role will report into a Senior Account Director.

 

Responsibilities

Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • End-to-end management of key online ticketing systems and apps
  • Dedicated email ticketing mailbox management; responding to clients, guests and key stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Management and regular updating of a ticket tracker used by clients
  • Drafting and distribution of communications relating to ticketing & guest programmes to client internal stakeholders, markets and participants including guest registrations, itineraries and post-event surveys
  • Submission of guest information to rightsholders (as required) by pre agreed deadlines
  • Distribution of tickets to guests in a timely manner, either through an automated system or via special delivery post
  • Co-ordination of regular stakeholder calls, producing status reports, meeting notes and actions to ensure the project is kept on track
  • Day to day management of junior resource (full time and part time)
  • Close liaison with the project lead to ensure smooth planning and delivery of client KPI’s
  • Assisting with ad-hoc events-based tasks to support the wider team e.g. uniform, gifting, branding and collateral sourcing and on-site staffing management

  • A passion for sport and entertainment
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Experience with working on guest management platforms and databases
  • Experience in event activations and ticketing management
  • Experience in managing suppliers and sourcing event branding, collateral and gifting
  • End-to-end management of a range of hospitality and events
  • Personable and able to build strong professional relationships
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Working on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in the full MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & TEAMS
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and think on your feet
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK

 

Location

The role is based at Fuse, Omnicom Media Group offices at Bankside 2, London (SE1 0SW). Fuse offer flexible working, with employees being office based 50% of the time. Travel and on-site attendance at events will be required.
