About the Role:

The Connected Performance team is responsible for planning and activation of media campaigns (both Programmatically and Direct with media partners across video & display). As Senior Planner within the team you will be the day to day owner leading delivery of digital addressable planning across bluechip flagship account/s.

You’ll be involved and responsible for defining and evolving the digital implementational led strategies that will ultimately deliver a clients business objectives.  The role requires a strong level of digital landscape knowledge, needed to be able to achieve seamless creation and delivery of campaign planning and activation through a variety of industry and proprietary tools and systems.  

Key to the role is having a strong view on the real-time performance, via monitoring spend, pacing and results data, to supply fully robust optimisations and insight driven campaign summaries and recommendations.  

Stakeholder understanding, knowledge and development is fundamental… as you’ll work collectively & collaboratively with client teams, activational specialisms and the clients themselves.

Organisation, time management and attention to detail are critical attributes, the Connected Performance Snr Planner will need to ensure all work is delivered in an accurate and timely fashion through the lens of reactiveness and agility and always with a ‘Performance Mindset’.

About You:

You will have experience in either planning and activation of programmatic campaigns (both ideally!) and ensure all output with regards to these channels is best-in-class for your clients.

You would join a team of digital specialists that can apply transferrable optimisation and management skills across a portfolio of performance channels to ultimately deliver the best performance for their clients against their core KPI’s.
