About the Role:

 

 

The role sits within the WEM Philips Performance Media team and involves working closely with our 17 markets across the region to enable the next phase of business and digital transformation for Philips. You will work with and report into the Programmatic Channel Lead, and work in collaboration to the wider performance team to ensure the client business objectives are met.

 

The WEM Programmatic Senior Executive is responsible for executing our Programmatic programme across the region for Personal Health for Philips. You will be responsible for executing best-in-class Programmatic strategies, supporting with planning and delivering strategies across branding, performance media and ecommerce, and delivering on Philip’s business priorities.

 

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, a problem-solver, with a hands on background in display and programmatic to deliver the best service for Philips.

Specific areas of responsibilities involve:

 

· Executing the key priorities and workstreams for programmatic for Philips

· Executing the test & learn plan for Philips, and support in identifying testing opportunities

· Supporting in identify and deliver growth opportunities

· High quality, robust and actionable data and performance analysis & reporting

· You will support with partner management

· Additionally, you will be a part of the OMD EMEA Performance Community, where we want you to share your expertise and knowledge

 

Skills and experience requirements:

 

· 1+ years of demonstrable experience managing programmatic & display

· Proven ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge of media agency ecosystem

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Proven background in programmatic & display

· Activation expertise

· You will have experience across DV360 and CM360, experience in other DSPs such as TAM, TTD and Amazon is highly beneficial

· Experience in brand safety and verification solutions including MOAT, IAS and DoubleVerify is highly beneficial

· You will have strong excel skills

· An understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics is highly beneficial

· You will have a good understanding of KPI selection within programmatic

· You will have experience activating programmatic & display and therefore an understanding of best practice across campaign type, campaign structure, optimisation, QA, reporting, insight generation and finance

· You will support with the media plan for programmatic & display

· You will support with the client relationship day-to-day and execute the campaign strategy and optimisations.

· You will work with the team to make sure that our campaigns are meeting targets, and make optimizations.

· You will be able to juggle multiple priorities

· You need to be creative in the way you solve problems, able to ‘think outside the box’ to find solutions to business challenges.
