About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join the brilliant industry leading and award winning, business development and marketing team at MG OMD, where the MG design studio sits at the heart of the team.

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our fast-paced team at MG OMD. The Senior Designer will be producing creative output across the entire spectrum of design, both on and offline, acting as brand guardian on all creative projects and the MG Brand. The ideal candidate will be able to conceptualise, design and work on projects from start to finish, as-well-as manage stakeholders, timelines and budgets. You will be an integral part of the team, drive our brand forwards both internally and externally. This is an exciting position, providing a great opportunity for a designer to make their mark for the brand and business as a whole. This is a key role in supporting us to convert new clients’ pitches, provide comms to our clients and internal and external marketing.

About You

We are looking for a confident, curious individual with a strong work ethic. This role is highly varied, with creativity and innovative ideas at its core. You will have strong persuasion and influence skills to manage multiple stakeholders. Be a good communicator, be highly organised, and be able to manage multiple tasks at any one time. A problem solver and finding innovative solutions.
