About the Role:

This is a pivotal and exciting role working on one of our agency’s newest skincare clients. This is an amazing opportunity to join a newly formed team tasked with driving best in class planning campaigns across markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the insight team of a leading global media agency with a large and innovative range of research solutions, to get close to Beiersdorf client business and communication strategy, to work at an international level with multiple markets, to gain exposure to new insights sources and to build experience across different industries.

You will be able to see the bigger picture. You will make sure that requests for new work are filtered and prioritised based on their commercial or strategic importance, whilst also making sure that we build and nurture relationships with both internal agency and external client teams.

 

About You & the role:

  • You will be expected to be familiar with quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques.
  • Have a deep understanding of how to draw insightful conclusions from large volumes of content, identifying trends and patterns, using either a single source of data or multiple sources to create cross-referenced conclusions, drawing on both evidential and creative / intuitive techniques of interpretation.
  • Whilst working with the wider Strategy, Planning, Digital and Local Champions team inputs, you will be responsible for the quality of the work delivered.
  • We want people in the team to come to you for guidance and support - you will be highly experienced in Insight
  • You will build relationships with people from across the agency and the network and learn from their experience.
  • You will need to be up to date with developments within Insight and Research and be able to recommend ways to incorporate new techniques into our work.
  • You will develop a deeper understanding of our clients’ category and business, and local markets comms nuances.
  • You need to be a proactive and curious learner; keen to develop and learn new skills independently and share and collaborate with a wider team.
  • You will promote the work of our team within the agency when you meet new people
  • We would be very happy if you would like to help us promote the work of the team through forums, blogs or social media.
