About the Role:

 

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Creative to join our award-winning agency who has a book of unexpected and bold ideas.

You might already be in a Senior Creative role or looking to make your next move up, but whatever level you’re at you’ll be happy working in a team and passionate about driving the creative vision of DRUM forward and helping brands make impact in culture.

You’ll be responsible for coming up with original and innovative ideas for a variety of DRUM and OMG clients that help brands engage with audiences in new ways.

Ideally you have some experience of working on partnership or multi-stakeholder briefs and campaigns that deliver stand out and shareable work that makes people want to tune in.

No week is ever the same, so you’ll need to be on top of culture, both mainstream & avant-garde and use this knowledge to push the creative output of Drum into new areas. Whether that’s spotting opportunities to innovate through new technologies and platforms, or recommending directors or cultural influencers to work with

Whatever the brief, we’re looking for innovative, game-changing ideas that are best in class and that impact popular culture. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Best in Class Work

  • Working on briefs with oversight from the ACD and CD with the experience to take your ideas that stay true to the core concept and strategy from brief through to client presentation and into delivery.
  • Able to solve problems on the fly and adapt to new situations and tasks.
  • Understanding of budgets and the types of executional ideas that fit within them.
  • A proactive thinker 

Supporting Creative Director & ACD

  • Leverage industry knowledge and networks to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Support on pitches to unlock growth for agencies and new clients for DRUM.
  • Be an enthusiastic driving force and exponent for the creative team, acting as a facilitator and problem solver while protecting the integrity of our creative output.
  • A creative ambassador for DRUM with clients and partner agencies looking to you for knowledge & expertise on cultural and partnership activations.
