About the Role:

The OMD CREATE team is a multi-disciplinary department comprised of creatives, project managers, and content experts who deliver conceptual creative development, content activation strategy, and engaging creative activation ideas for some of the world's largest advertisers. Positioned at the heart of a media agency, we connect consumer insight, creative, and media execution and consult with clients across the paid, owned, and earned content experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team working with client teams, managing project timelines, liaising with our in-house Creative team and coordinating external production teams to deliver projects for clients. 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Agency experience required, preferably in a creative activation role.
  • Multi-market experience preferred.
  • Strong account and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening skills, and detail-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic about creative thinking and seeing projects through to completion.
  • Excellent understanding of social platforms, communication formats, and trends.
  • Proactive, curious learner, and keen to develop and share new skills.
  • Attention to detail, specifically with project management, reporting and finance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Lead day to day client communication, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including senior client figures, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines for multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring all deliverables are met. Liaise with OMD CREATE team members, internal teams and external partners and teams, including local markets, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Creative Solutions: Ideate, create, and manage innovative solutions to clients' creative and content.
  • Content Expertise: Apply your expertise in organic social, creator partnerships and/or media partnerships to ensure you are delivering all tasks to the highest standard.
  • Internal Collaboration: Build relationships across the agency and leverage the expertise of colleagues to unlock new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Support: Foster a respectful and enjoyable work environment. Support colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
  • Knowledge and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and proactively recommend and lead on application of new techniques and strategies.
  • Learning and Development: Actively seek out learning opportunities, develop new skills, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Technical Skills: Utilise Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel) and Google Docs efficiently. Work regularly with Social Media Management tools, such as Sprinklr and Sprout, platform managers (e.g. Meta and TikTok) and occasionally with Influencer tools, such as Tagger.
  • Client Briefs: Distil client briefs to their simplest form to focus efforts effectively. Communicate client brief clearly to other colleagues and teams to get to the best solution.
  • Leadership Potential: Manage junior team members to deliver work and be responsible for the accuracy and quality of work delivered. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and apply creative solutions to client queries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the OMD CREATE, client services team and local markets to ensure ideas, concepts, and designs align with marketing and business objectives.
