Global client leadership for one of our flagship B2B clients with overarching responsibility for elevating our partnership, business operations, and teams across all markets.

This client is one of the world’s largest providers of enterprise application software and helps companies of all sizes and in all industries run better by redefining ERP and creating networks of intelligent enterprises that provide transparency, resiliency, and sustainability across supply chains. Their end-to-end suite of applications and services enables their customers to operate profitably, adapt continuously, and make a difference worldwide.​​

Global Business Leaders are responsible for leading the network’s largest and most demanding client relationships, along with those offering strong growth potential through the scaling of network capabilities and solutions. They are responsible for orchestrating the talent, capabilities and services that represent the best of our organization and enable them to deliver future forward solutions that transform our client relationships and deliver organic growth for the organization. We are looking for someone who can deliver this for our client, based in London and with the ability to travel to key global locations, including across the USA and APAC.

This role will have a direct reporting line into the OMD EMEA Chief Client Officer and a dotted line into the OMG Global Chief Client Officer. You will be expected to work seamlessly with both to deliver high levels of client satisfaction and growth for the organization. ​​

About You:

Global Business Leaders bring a strong passion and expertise within a key category (in this case B2B) and truly love what they do and who they do it with. You have a strong digital upbringing with a history of driving transformation, innovation and growth and should be able to talk data, analytics, and technology stacks just as easily as you can GRPs. You are a natural leader that quickly earn the respect of your team and clients and know how to get the best out of the organization. You understand that you are part of a network and see that as a competitive advantage and look to the OMG network for inspiration and are quick to share your best work with peers. You can paint a vision for the business and can bring the talent and capabilities together to deliver that vision.

  • A tenured media practitioner who is confident and knowledgeable across a broad range of topics, from marketing technology to brand partnerships and social content.
  • A B2B expert with deep experience working with/for brands in this category.
  • An agency pro who understands global agency holding company dynamics.
  • Someone with gravitas and a concisely expressed point of view to create impact in the most senior settings.
  • Someone who can inspire and lead a team, set a template for best in class, and build the processes and relationships to deliver this consistently.
  • A people person who makes strong internal and external bonds quickly and maintains strong relationships.
  • Someone who can get under the skin of complex businesses and offer tailored solutions to their challenges.
  • Someone who can champion creativity and innovation. You will have access to brilliant strategic, specialist and creative talent to facilitate this.
  • An inquisitive go-getter used to working at pace.

  • Confidence in your experience, a proven ability to lead a team and client relationships.
