About the Role:

 

We are seeking a digital performance manager to join our agency team dedicated to a top technology client.
They will be a leading force in our expanding performance team, responsible for driving campaign results and being a conduit between digital teams and our clients in the EU, UAE, KSA & TR markets. We work alongside programmatic, social, search and direct teams.

This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world’s most exciting brands and play a fundamental role in delivering best in class digital performance execution and strategy. Extensive knowledge of at least one digital platform is key. Those who have basic knowledge across additional digital channels is a bonus, with the opportunity to deepen their learning of other platforms while in the role.

The role:

Digital campaign analysis: Analyse detailed excel raw data, pivots & dashboards to produce world class insight on campaign performance. Find individual platform details as well as an overarching campaign set of highlights that are pertinent to all digital media. Have a keen eye for detail, but without losing sight of the bigger picture.

 

Collaborate across teams and lead optimisation sessions: Package together findings into documents and presentations that are used to educate channel teams on how a campaign performed. Coordinate inflight optimisation sessions across multiple teams to discuss optimisation and the impact against our media KPIs.

 

Influence how data is surfaced: Work closely with marketing science teams to help them improve the way raw data can be delivered to allow for easier analysis. Always look for the next best view, to reduce time take to reach solutions and improve performance faster.

 

Client Communication: Build up the skills to become the main client point of contact across multiple digital performance campaigns. Deliver in flight, QBR and PCA performance reports that provide actionable and digestible insights for our clients in UK, US and Middle Eastern markets.

 

Work across multiple KPIs: Our client requires performance in all areas of their business. Learn to build an optimal media mix and select tactics that work hardest for each KPI, whether that be subscriptions, sales revenue, qualified traffic and any additional objectives.

This is a fast-paced environment, working and connecting with some of the industry’s best marketing and advertising professionals all around the world. This position reports to the Performance Director, working closely with the comms and media teams in London, Los Angeles, and local markets. You will be regularly sharing best practice and collaborating with US colleagues.

 

Skills / Experience:

  • Advanced use of excel and pivot tables a must, used regularly in previous roles.
  • Use of dashboarding software such as PowerBI, Tableau or Data Studio a plus.
  • A curious learner, with great attention to detail, who works with diligence.
  • Comfortable working with granular data at speed.
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms and their basic limitations, either through direct executional work or indirectly through a role that involved working in conjunction with digital channels.
  • History of collaboration across multiple teams (data, planning or execution teams).
  • Ability to translate large amounts of data across multiple variants into a story full of tangible insights.
  • A creative problem solver who can think ‘outside the box’ to find solutions.
  • Exposure to media clients of a variety of levels with some presenting responsibilities a bonus.
  • Implemented tests in a fair and structured way that delivered conclusive results that informed strategy.
  • Comfortable in an agency with a fast paced environment, managing daily changes to priorities while maintaining the quality of regular tasks.
  • Innately proactive. Always pursuing new ways of bettering campaigns and improving performance reporting.
