ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is for leader within the Hearts & Science Vision hub who are responsible for creating a long-term strategic vision whilst guiding business and digital transformation for a new digital entertainment client that is a "fabric of the nation" account. You will have significant project and line management responsibilities as well as oversight of some financial targets. The successful candidate will be passionate about marketing business consultancy and marketing analytics, and will have experience leading consultative teams on projects that deliver clear, impactful insights in a way that influence client’s marketing decisions.

Principal Consultants provide direction to the team, ensuring we are focused on the questions that matter to our clients and that the team have the right tools and techniques to be able to deliver projects that are both valued by clients and profitable as a business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

CLIENTS & COMMERCIALSSolutions focussed, commercially astute and innovative, you will have deep experience and be comfortable in managing complex teams and client relationships. You will take responsibility for client engagement, ranging from project delivery to consultancy and solutions upsell. This will require developing strong relationships across senior agency contacts and clients, acting as a subject matter expert. Your experience leading marketing consultancy projects will allow you to inform program design and scoping.

The role will suit a collaborative and confident team player with demonstrable experience contributing to driving marketing consultancy. They must be willing to take a lead in the Vision Hub, sharing and collaborating with other teams.

TECHNICAL CABABILITIES: A dynamic presenter, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders both client and agency side. Confident in acting as a consultant across multiple areas of marketing and business consultancy.  Ideally with a background in econometrics or statistical analysis, you are able to provide the foundation for technical excellence across the team – your knowledge of marketing analytics tools and techniques gives your team confidence and allows us to develop solutions that answer the business challenges that matter to our clients.

We don’t believe any one tool fits all but look for experience of our understanding of R, SQL, Python, Excel, PowerPoint and other approaches.
