About the Role:

We are looking for a technically strong Search Manager to join our Agile Performance Unit (APU), to work on a range of different Search accounts across the OMD EMEA portfolio.  This is a unique and dynamic role working on projects/teams for a period of ~3 months at a time before taking on the next challenge.  Types of projects you will cover include forming a dedicated transition team for new clients, leading out of scope & new innovation projects, interim team cover, new business/pitch work and more. It is an exciting role for someone who enjoys working across a range of different clients and verticals, learning from and developing different teams, and is able to work autonomously. 

Reporting into the APU Performance Director, this role will be the go-to for Search projects, working alongside our client & offshore teams.  Whilst initially you will be the only Search team member within the APU, there will be opportunities to support & train a Senior Executive as the team expands.
