About the Role:

Working as part of the multi-award winning Create Social team at MG OMD, the Social Creator Business Director will be the go-to person for creator marketing. MG OMD has seen significant growth and success with creator partnerships and campaigns in 2023. Since starting out in the space in 2012 the agency has incubated the skill within a broader social team and we are now looking for someone to lead the ambitious growth we have in this area. As an agency we are perfectly placed to deliver, creative and effective creator/influencer campaigns at scale and we are looking for someone to manage successful growth and delivery of this valued area.

About You:

• We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead this discipline, leading a team who will pitch and manage and measure creator campaigns. You’ll have the support of the Head of Social and Create Leadership team – that spans media creativity and social content and you’ll be in a position to leverage some of the strongest relationships with the key social channels.

• The ideal candidate will have a really strong knowledge and contact base in creator marketing from pitching to process and know what really drives business results for brands.

• The role would suit someone who has a really strong knowledge of creator marketing but wants to understand how it could broaden out to connect with wider media and advertising plans.

We want a thought leader in this space, someone who is abreast of the latest news and developments in this space and has a point of view on them.

• Strong and established relationships for potential partnership are also key from the social channels themselves to creator networks and tech.
