About the Role:

This role is working within the global client team for Zurich. The candidate will work closely with Executive Director and Digital Director supporting both digital operations and communications planning across 20 global markets.

The EMEA global team acts as the central reference point for global and local clients, as well as our OMD local agencies. We provide central audience insights, planning guidance, media and data operations support to drive growth acting as true business partners and not only Zurich’s media experts.

  • Global Joint Business Partnerships ​
  • Digital Media Acceleration and Best Practice
  • Global Test & Learn Agenda ​
  • Cross-market Media, Platform insights ​
  • New Technology and Tool Updates
  • Data Integration and Global Reporting

Experience required:

  • You will have the experience and skills to develop integrated communication approaches to help deliver Zurich’s brand and business objectives, and ensure the team works effectively and efficiently.
  • You will support in driving digital excellence, best practice development and curate optimisation strategies across digital platforms (e.g. social, programmatic).
  • You will champion the digital landscape, educating agency and client teams, and support the digital lead in driving innovation through test and learn initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with key digital media partners and manage the deployment of some aspect of joint business plans and implement strategies against client objectives, evaluating and managing campaign performance learnings.
  • You will be expected to be familiar with all key online and offline channels, and have hands on experience of planning and buying some digital media.
  • You will have some activation experience across platforms like: Meta, DV360, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, CM360.
  • You will have a strong analytical mind, experience of Google Analytics and ad verification platforms like DoubleVerify is a bonus.
