About the Role:

Hearts & Science International are recruiting for a talented Global SEO Lead to work on one of the most prestigious automotive companies in the world, JLR.

We are seeking an experienced SEO expert to oversee a diverse team of global SEO specialists (team of 6). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SEO efforts across various international markets, ensuring best-in-class performance, collaboration with broader media teams, and innovation in our SEO approaches.

This position will involve full accountability for the SEO team’s deliverables, strategic growth, and overall impact on the client's digital presence. You will also collaborate with other senior leaders across Hearts & Science to align on business strategies and the evolving needs of our client’s digital ecosystem.

Search is vital to JLR’s future success.  This role is a fantastic opportunity to directly impact JLR’s business growth, work with a diverse network of markets to unlock the potential of holistic search and content to influence how people discover, explore and choose cars.
