About the Role:

Managing planning, buying and effective delivery of-outcomes focused campaigns for ODEON across Europe. This will include managing both central campaign activation and supporting key local market campaign activity, while working with a broad set of disciplines and capabilities within the group

Parented by AMC but very much autonomous as a business unit outside of the holding as Odeon Cinemas Group, with operations across Europe, largely with indigenous exhibitor brands. With the account held at a UK level by MG for a number of years, we had the opportunity to centralise the business for several European markets for performance media with local ATL also a potential focus. Odeon are in the midst of repositioning themselves where we have provided strategic support and developed a new comms architecture for deployment in 2024. We have also deployed a connected reporting suite and dashboard visualisation, along with MMM for the UK market.

Key projects will include leading planning and implementation within the team, managing two direct reports, being POC with the central and local clients while working closely with the strategic lead to deploy innovative GTM approaches for brand, loyalty and movie titles across Europe.

Reporting into the Account Director, you will partner with multiple disciplines and capabilities within OMD EMEA and OMG to propose and world-class planning and implementation for the account while strengthening our overall partnership across the entirety of the Odeon Cinemas Group.
