About the Role:

You’ll join OMD EMEA as a Manager, Paid Search overseeing performance output for one our agency’s prestigious global luxury fashion clients, accountable for driving excellence in performance marketing.

You’ll use your experience as a digital specialist, working as a key part of a dedicated activation team to develop integrated performance campaigns to drive our clients direct to consumer success in the luxury fashion space, as well as key brand story moments.

You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of Paid Search performance media against client business objectives, from planning through to reporting by working with your team of specialists and coaching them to deliver their best work as well as bringing in your knowledge and training them to think holistically.

Lastly (but not least), you’ll be joining and leading a great team of very talented people who are in search for new ideas, delivering great work and aiming to have fun in the process.

 

About You

You will have experience and in managing Search performance accounts, activation and applying best practice optimisations and testing roadmaps. Ideally you will be experienced in the operation of 3rd party Bid Management tools such as Search Ads 360.

We are looking to you to be a leader in the team in terms of how best to apply search buying strategy – everyone in the team is heard and adds value. You will be a line manager and mentor to more junior members of the team, as well as being more hands-on with training the PPC members of the team.

You will manage client expectations every day, work towards client KPIs and be responsible for judging when issues must be escalated. You will work with the team to deliver a response to briefs, media plans and forecasts. You will be up to date with industry developments and responsible for sharing news and information with the rest of the team, as well as with clients.

 

Other skills/requirements:

  • Experience in managing / activating international paid search media accounts on multiple engines.
  • Expert in the operation of 3rd party Bid Management tools like Kenshoo, Marin, Search Ads 360 etc.
  • Experience in mentoring & training junior team members.
  • Google Ads & Bing Ads certified. Certification in bid management platforms is beneficial.
  • Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure.
  • Analyse ongoing results to ensure budget monitoring and performance is met – good Excel skills are essential.
  • Experience in campaign execution, optimisation and analysis.
  • You will be an expert in creating performance reports for clients and providing insights.
  • You will have experience in creating presentations for clients and feel comfortable presenting.
  • You will be an expert in using our platforms and enable to quickly extract information and train junior team members 
  • You will also have good relationships with key partners and be up to date on their latest products.
