We are looking for a Biddable Media (Reputation) Governance Manager to help drive best in class standards across Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social activity for VWG brands. Reporting to the Reputation Governance Lead, this person will be responsible for managing 1x Reputation Governance Analyst to apply key processes that ensure we meet our agency commitments to the client. Broader responsibilities will include supporting the Reputation Governance Lead in identifying opportunities to improve existing processes or creating new ones for more efficient and brand-safe media buying. A key part of this role is working with Digital Activation Hubs, supporting them to address any brand safety, viewability or fraud performance issues.
The Reputation Governance Manager role is a brilliant opportunity to develop key knowledge and skills across the digital media landscape (programmatic, paid social & search), grow managerial skills, and manage upwards, working with various stakeholders from PHD and VWG (teams include: global operations, activation teams, account management).
• Identify campaign performance trends with Volkwagen Group Brand’s 3rd party verification partner, to ensure compliant campaigns through regular reporting covering brand suitability, viewability & fraud.
• Oversee the correct implementation and effective utilisation of technology by our activation teams, and troubleshooting any issues teams maybe having. Types of technologies include DSPs, social platforms and 3rd party partners
• Design and produce training materials to uphold best in class media buying and confident in delivering this training
About You:
• Experience managing others, both junior to you, and managing peers and upwards to deliver results.
• Analytical and meticulous – prior experience with Excel and Third Party Verification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team-player who is adept at building relationships across diverse teams in different markets, in a culturally considerate manner
• Excellent organisational skills; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines, while being able to articulate when additional support or guidance is necessary
• Attention to detail
