About the Role:
Omnicom Media Group are looking for a Project Manager to join our central Digital Activation Hub (DAH) team. We are delighted to be building a new DAH team to manage biddable digital activation for several brands within the portfolio of this large automotive client across the EMEA region. The Digital Project Manager will be central to the success of the digital activation team, managing the end-to-end process of digital campaign delivery for biddable channels. The individual will be part of an international team of 50+ people based in London.
This role requires a highly organized and personable individual who can coordinate across diverse teams, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. Acting as a key facilitator, the Digital Project Manager will collaborate with local account teams, Distributed Workforce teams, Data, Tech, and Ops (DTO), and other stakeholders to optimize workflows and drive operational efficiency.
This role reports to an Activation Director, and is integrated into aspects of campaign operations for the brand client and its products.
About You:
- Proven track record in digital project management, with experience managing multiple projects, ideally within digital media or advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, driving alignment and project success.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including proficiency in creating documentation, visual process maps, and workflow materials.
- Comfortable communicating across functions, identifying solutions, and rallying teams to overcome challenges.
- Adept at process optimization and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and team efficiency.
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of initiative and a team-oriented mindset.
- Highly adaptable, able to manage changing priorities and stay focused on solutions.
- Passion for process improvement, with a proactive approach to creating efficiencies.
- Experience working on projects with international stakeholders.
- Certification/ qualification in project management or marketing.
