About the Role:
Strong and proven support experience, handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks, with the ambition to develop a career in a media agency. You’ll join the Client Service team as a Senior Executive, and you’ll support the team as we look to develop integrated communication approaches to help our clients deliver their brand and business objectives. You are THE contact when it comes to creatives launch. The Senior executive has a pivotal role to play to support market and Brand to launch campaigns. You ll be given the opportunity to lead 1 brand, supported by the Manager. The opportunity to learn Conversion Marketing and media planning
The EMEA regional team has three distinct roles to fill as the Europe hub for the SCJ business; Servicing the SCJ Europe regional team in Switzerland, supporting each of our OMG Local teams (8+ markets), and collaborating with/reporting into our OMG Global team in Chicago. Additionally, our hub team is responsible for driving our Transformation through Acceleration business plan via OMG Design.
In our support of the SCJ brands across the region we:
- Collaboratively manage annual briefing together with SCJ and agency partners
- Align SCJ business and communication objectives across several brands and many countries
- Provide Consumer and Media landscape Thought Leadership
- Support OMG Local teams with Design and strategic planning across all brands, and go into Conversion Marketing
- Lead digital and eCom strategies, innovation/test & learns, performance evaluation/learnings, key partner Joint Business Plans (JBPs) centrally
- Develop, manage and evolve Ways of Working (WoW) for campaign activation incl. PlanIt roll-out (bespoke plan reporting tool), reporting and learnings consolidation
- Best Practice sharing with local and global teams
- Facilitate and ensure smooth WoW with the Integrated Marketing Community (IMC) i.e. SCJ key stakeholders and agency partners
About You:
- Comfortable learning to use Omni tools such as Channel Planner to assist planning.
- Assist in gathering information for reports such as competitive analysis and PCAs.
- You will start to build relationships with the clients you work with as you help us to manage the team's weekly workload
- You will be a curious learner, with great attention to detail and diligent in your work.
- You need to be comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment - you need to react quickly and efficiently to changing priorities.
- You need to be creative in the way you solve problems - 'Think different’.
- You will be articulate and clear in communications, and look to explain ideas to clients and colleagues in a way that is easy to understand.
- You should feel comfortable discussing work to clients and to colleagues.
