About the Role:
PHD EMEA HQ, a vibrant part of the Omnicom Media Group, is excited to invite a you to join our media operations department and collaborate with one of our prestigious clients, Volkswagen Group, comprising 9 brands.

Reporting to the Operations Director, this person will be responsible for maintaining access to marketing platforms and critical infrastructure that are necessary for delivering exceptional data and media executions, supporting our internal teams. This role suits someone who has experience managing, or is ready to begin managing others, with the responsibility for 1x Platform Analyst.
Platform Management/Training
• Supporting worldwide teams with ongoing training and development around their use of the service desk
• Looking after user-management across GMP and other buying platforms
• Supporting access to multiple platforms including OMG’s proprietary Omni Operating System
• Supporting on development and improvements to the service desk platform to manage and respond to requests more effectively
Stakeholder Management
• Manage and enrich relationships with team leads across Digital Activation Hubs and local agency teams
• Contribute to the day-to-day communication between the agency, our international offices and other internal stakeholders
• Work with your Director to deliver operational improvements
• Produce and present scheduled reporting requirements• A strong proactive work ethic, with confidence and a positive mindset to solve problems
• Experience managing others is a plus.
• A passion for learning new things
• Strong communication, listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent numerical skills and confidence analysing data using Excel
• Responsiveness to feedback
• Strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong spoken & written English
• Ability to speak other European languages is desired, but not essential
