What the Opportunity Looks Like

  • Creative Leadership: Lead ideation and development of standout creative solutions for clients’ content challenges, with a focus on producing bold, award-winning campaigns.
  • Team Management: Oversee and inspire a team of project managers, creatives, and content producers to deliver exceptional results and client service.
  • Client and Partner Relationships: Serve as the senior point of contact for clients and creative production partners. Guide the team in selecting the best partners and assume overall accountability for project success.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and model best practices for content calendars, workflows, feedback processes, and delivery. Ensure efficiency while fostering team growth.
  • Social-First Expertise: Act as the go-to authority on organic social strategies and creative activation, particularly in UGC and entertainment spaces.
  • Hands-On Creativity: Be ready to get stuck in—writing and reviewing copy, refining ideas, questioning creative concepts, and providing directional leadership on trend-driven, social-first content.

Skills and Experience:

  • Client Leadership: Demonstrated success in solving creative and business challenges, with experience managing senior client relationships and complex projects.
  • Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) with a strong grasp of platform-specific nuances and trends.
  • Production Know-How: Proven experience managing production environments and working with diverse creative media partners, from AR/VR specialists to AI innovators.
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience managing commercials, including budgets, scopes, P&L, and profitability for multiple projects.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration, growth, and a shared drive for creative excellence.
  • True Creative: Passion for developing trend-driven, innovative, and social-first content ideas that resonate with audiences.
  • Hands-On Problem Solver: Willingness to dive into creative details, from reviewing copy and visuals to refining ideas for maximum impact.
  • Trend Enthusiast: Strong appetite for exploring emerging trends, campaigns, and technologies to inform and elevate client work.
  • Meticulous: Highly detail-oriented, ensuring every piece of work aligns with brand guidelines and creative ambitions.
  • Collaborative Team Player: A natural team player with no ego, fostering an environment of trust, support, and shared celebration of success.
