About the Role:

The Executive Director, Performance is responsible for overseeing digital media activation and providing digital leadership to one Europe’s largest facecare and CPG companies, leading the digital partnership in collaboration with the Managing Partner, Performance. In this role you will be responsible for a cluster of European markets, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class digital media strategies and execution, and aligning to our client’s business priorities. You will be contributing to driving the digital transformation and innovation agenda, ensuring we stay at the forefront of precision marketing.

This client is a leader in digital precision marketing and pushing the boundaries of skincare and CPG digital marketing. We have designed an operating model that sees a central digital hub drive operational consistency, media efficiency and tactical innovation across the markets. You will be leading one of the market clusters, leading a team of 10 digital specialists across social, programmatic and search, driving a high performance culture focused on exceeding client results and expectations.

The role sits within the global (North America & Europe) performance team and involves working closely with client leadership and planning counterparts, to enable the next phase of digital precision marketing and digital transformation for this client. You will work and report into the Managing Partner, Performance and work in collaboration to the Global Network team to ensure the client business needs are met.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, a problem-solver, with a proven background in performance media to deliver best service for the client. We would prefer a candidate that has grown with in-platform experience, who can talk fluently to both client side strategic leads as well as technical specialists.
