We are looking for a Senior Planner to help run the Paid Social activity for our global luxury automotive clients. Reporting to your team Manager. This person will be responsible for planning, building, optimising, reporting, and leading social performance campaigns and driving results for our luxury automotive clients. Career progression will include developing knowledge and management of other channels, training junior members of the team, independently strategizing future campaigns, and sharing campaign success across the Activation team
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Social Planner. Reporting to the team Manager, you will:
· Strategize future campaigns according to media and industry innovations and historic performance
· Create and maintain media plans ensuring all campaigns align and perform accordingly
· Build and activate campaigns across most social platforms in alliance with media guidelines and best practice
· Continuously recommend ideas/strategies/tactics and formulate campaign optimisation plans
· Report ongoing results to identify trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals
· Deliver and execute client strategies while meeting and exceeding their client's daily, short and long-term objectives
· Train and support junior team members to setup and optimise campaigns according to best practice and KPI’s
Experience and Skills:
· Knowledgeable social media planning skills and understanding of social platforms
· Extensive experience creating, managing, and reporting paid social campaigns using various platforms
· Evidence of optimising against various campaign objectives
· Have excellent numerical skills and confidence analysing data
· Have strong communication, listening skills and attention to detail
· Offer excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
· Be a proactive self-starter with general knowledge of digital marketing best practices
· Keen to progress their learning and development within a dynamic paid media team
