About the Role:

We are looking for a technical senior executive to join the team. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of our private sector accounts. The candidate will be working with some of the agency’s most exciting partners including Specsavers, John Lewis Partnership, Virgin Media O2, giffgaff and British Airways.

They will be responsible for working on more advanced tasks whilst ensuring our Ad Operations tasks are fulfilled. This is a dynamic and fast-paced working environment so organisation, speed and maintaining high quality work is essential to ensure the team deliver a consistent and excellent service.

We are always looking at how Data Operations can improve our processes. Therefore, the successful candidate will need to support management in identifying new ways to streamline processes both within the team and with agency peers. The team’s skillset may evolve overtime as we introduce newer operations into the team’s remit. The candidate must be able to understand them and ensure peers are upskilled. The candidate will also support the training and development of junior and offshore team members to align with team objectives.

The position is situated within the agency’s Data Operations team. Data Operations is the practice for delivering data to create insights and analytics. Our goal is to ensure our clients are collecting reliable and accurate data to help them understand how effective their advertising campaigns are for generating conversions linked to their business objectives. For example, how many extra sales purchases made on the website came from this summer’s campaign across search, programmatic and social channels.

Data Operations are responsible for developing and managing processes for organising and collecting data whilst considering factors such as speed, scale, automation and governance. Data Ops are responsible for ensuring that key stakeholders are upskilled on best practices to maximise the quality of data collected.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who would like to apply their Ad Operations skills to agency Data Operations.

You must be passionate about Data Operations and have an interest in technical processes relating to data collection and organisation. You will be comfortable with third-party ad serving and must be able to solve technical problems affecting collection and delivery. You must be able to explain technical processes and troubleshooting to people less technically minded using a variety of communication methods. You will have experience of supporting junior team development and will be responsible for projects assigned to them.

Overall, you will play a pivotal role in maximising the quality of data collected in our advertising and reporting platforms to unlock competitive advantage for our clients.
