Are you a Programmatic or Video practitioner looking to expand your skills and manage programmatic video strategies for one of the world's most iconic brands? 

OMG UK are hiring for a Programmatic AV Manager who has experience of planning and buying video formats to play a pivotal role in the success of using programmatic technology for one of the agency's largest brands. 

You’ll be working as part of a team of AV experts that develop programmatic strategies across YouTube, Streaming TV, BVOD, Online Video and Audio environments. The world of streaming and video is fast moving as more solutions come to market and connect their inventory with programmatic technology. You will help the agency planners and client understand how to use strategic insight, data led planning and optimal investment decisions to leverage programmatic technology and navigate the changing ways consumers are watching video content. As a Manager you will be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of a range of campaigns. You will need to keep abreast of the platform features, beta and testing opportunities and be able to identify ways to unlock insight from campaigns to improve performance across multiple KPIs for brand and performance. 

You’ll work as part of both the OMG and OMD UK teams to benefit from experiencing group and agency cultures. OMD UK are part of the world's largest media network and this role gives the chance to showcase your specialism and help demonstrate the value of programmatic buying by working closely with the agency planning team. The client has an appetite for testing and finding innovative ways of using video and audio to reach their key consumer groups. 

 

What you can bring to the role: 

  • Digital video experience: Knowledge of the changing streaming and video landscape. Experience buying media through DSPs / biddable platforms. Implementational knowledge and campaign management of YouTube activity would be ideal, as well as experience in TTD, however platform training can be provided.
  • Optimisation and data led decisioning: Application of experience looking at data, being results driven and making decisions in programmatic buying to unlock insight and drive better performance for campaigns.
  • Communication skills: Ability to present response to briefs, ideas and strategies in gain buy in on campaign budgets and strategies; ability to translate data and media buying performance into actionable insight for clients.
  • Campaign management experience: Experience of running multiple campaigns at once; process driven and organised; understanding of how to define priorities collaboratively; management of end-to-end campaign deliverables; and experience in tracking delivery to manage the expected performance.
  • Stakeholder management skills. Understanding of digital campaign lifecycles and experience of management of the different teams and stakeholders involved to work together on achieving success for the client.
