About the role

The OMG Brand team is looking for two Senior Executives (Associates) to join the team based in London. Supporting the brand development of OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science, and Annalect, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their next step within the media world.

The role supports the OMG Brand team is and crucial to upholding OMG’s reputation, and the reputation of its brands, across the network, ensuring our people feel a sense of belonging, and is a gateway for your career into the compelling media world; with exposure to the senior leadership team and the opportunity to build on this role to truly make it your own.

About you

This role can be whatever you want to make of it, and we want to hear your ideas, see your creativity, and work together to improve our communications and marketing.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a self-starter, enthusiastic, tech-savvy, collaborative, and keen to learn.
  • Be a confident writer with exceptional spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Be comfortable with digital marketing and measurement tools (we use everything from Google Analytics to HubSpot to SharePoint) OR keen to learn and self-teach.
  • You appreciate all aspects of social media and have a passion for data, so you want to learn and adapt to ensure maximum content reach.
