A new cross training opportunity to be part of the evolution of digital marketing, as it responds to changing expectations and requirements around data privacy. Perhaps you have existing experience in a privacy role, or maybe you’re coming from a marketing background, with experience and understanding of how data is used within marketing, ideally across programmatic, paid social, paid search, and MarTech. We’ll provide suitable training, particularly in privacy if you don’t have a formal background. If you don’t have a relevant privacy qualification, such as a CIPP/e or CIPP/m from IAPP, then we will support you to become qualified in your first year with us.

You are highly organised, capable of managing multiple workstreams and have excellent attention to detail. Ideally, you are self-organising, with experience prioritising between competing demands to keep everything on track.

You love to learn new things. Privacy, particularly within marketing, is constantly and rapidly evolving, and some of your time each week will be spent on reviewing new developments and expanding your knowledge in the area of privacy for marketing. This may involve learning about new advertising technologies as well as about new regulatory and legislative changes.

You are a strong communicator, capable of translating complex ideas particularly for non-specialist audiences. You may have done this in a privacy or digital advertising role before.

You may be experienced and comfortable talking to senior stakeholders and clients. If not, you want to get there and are looking for a role and a team that can support you with opportunities to learn.

We know that very few people have a comprehensive view of the privacy, legal, and technology aspects of marketing, and are committed to developing the skills and knowledge in our team. In any case, we believe that the privacy leaders of our industry are grown not just taught.
