About the Role

We are seeking a Brilliant Comms Planning Manager to join our tight-knit Public Sector Strategic Planning team.  In this team, you will support the development and management of behaviour change campaigns across a breadth of public sector briefs.  One day you might be saving lives by helping by recruiting Blood, Plasma or Organ donors, another you might be helping keep the country safe through Counter Terrorism vigilance campaigns.

The role is diverse, combining traditional media planning with strategic thinking and client management.  You will have an opportunity to flex your analytical and creative muscles – from unearthing insights from data to brainstorming.  The role will suit someone who is a good all-rounder: a media planner with exceptional client servicing skills and a keen interest in strategy.

This is chance to work in a team that really care about making a difference to the world, supporting each other, and delivering excellent work – with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge.

You will get the opportunity to work on some huge campaigns, with large budgets working across both digital and offline channels.

About You

  • Have impeccable organisational skills – this role involves managed complex accounts and we need someone who is capable of managing multiple tasks at the same time. Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Demonstrate confidence in managing clients and upwards – we have to balance both reactive and long-term campaigns for our clients and they value our ability to challenge them and to know when to fast-track activity
  • Demonstrate a keenness to unearth rich and exciting insights and media solutions
