We are looking for an experienced business development professional to support our growth internationally. The role sits within the Fuse HQ team and will be focused on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities on a multi-market basis, both new and organic growth.
The individual will be required to build excellent relationships with the business leads within the OMG network, with the aim of unlocking growth opportunities and driving new business conversations.
A significant element of the role will be to develop new business proposals, pitch documents, scopes of work, and other business development documents such as credentials. Additionally, input and support will be required on other growth initiatives, such as supporting on new business events and shaping the growth strategy for the international business.
The role is internationally focused and so will require the development of good working relationships with the global market leads/local new business directors, as well as with the UK’s own new business and marketing team.
You will report to the International New Business & Marketing Director who is based in London.
About You
The successful candidate will have a natural flair for identifying and chasing new business opportunities and have the gravitas to develop these further with relevant stakeholders/prospects.
You need to have an ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional international travel, on-site at events, and some weekend work. This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.
