What your typical week looks like:
  • Undertake HR demand research, data analysis, data mining, data extraction and other related work;
  • Complete all work tasks on time with high quality, and ensure the quality and progress meet the target requirements;
  • Establishing business data model based on HR business logic, providing data report of operation status according to business operation system;
  • Writing periodic and specialized analysis reports based on HR data analysis results, and providing quality analysis support for the business via meetings;
  • Responsible for all kinds of HR data extraction, statistics and analysis support as well as managing data team personnel;
  • Monitoring the daily HR data changes, summarizing the data fluctuations in time, and giving early warning to the data abnormalities.


Skills that you will have:
  • Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Excel, PPT, proficient in data analysis tools (PYTHON, R, MATLAB, etc.)
  • Able to transform various business requirements into suitable mathematical models, and have good data visualization ability;
  • Good at teamwork, possess outstanding communication and language skills;
  • Perform good logic thought;
  • Have a deep understanding of the logic of HR related modules;
  • English can be used as a working language.
