About the Opportunity

The middleware team plays a strong and crucial part in stabilising the core infrastructure of OKX. It allows for a stable overall architecture and environment that allows for the engineering community to code, push out to features in a safe and reliable environment. The team is a group of tightly knit individuals passionate about utilising tech to improve and better the coding environment within OKX, thereby benefiting our users and customers in the long run. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing:
 
  • Responsible for developing an internal Data Loss Prevention system (DLP), with features including sensitive data identification, data classification and grading, flow monitoring, outbound interception, and data leakage tracing
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of the existing Host-based Intrusion Detection System (HIDS)
  • Collaborate closely with the Security Operations team to support emergency response to risk events and address any defects or issues in the use of DLP and HIDS systems
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends in the information security industry and drive the improvement of the team's technical capabilities

 

What We Look For In You: 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer, information security, and related majors
  • Possess knowledge in the field of information security, with experience in developing security products and familiarity with security products such as DLP, IDS/IPS, EDR, UEBA
  • Proficient in developing with Objective-C and Swift, and familiar with Java(Springboot), Python, or Golang
  • Familiar with commonly used middleware, such as Mysql, Redis, and Kafka.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
