What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for rigorously reviewing unfreezing or unbinding requests from various business lines to ensure that each request is legal and reasonable.
- Ensure that all unfreezing operations are executed through a unified permission management system to prevent unauthorized operations and maintain system security.
- When lifting account restrictions, ensure the accuracy of the operation to avoid unnecessary risks caused by erroneous operations.
- Reduce security issues that may arise from operational errors by implementing strict operating procedures and supervisory mechanisms.
- Work closely with risk management, customer service, and other departments to jointly manage and resolve account security issues.
What We Look For in You:
- With knowledge or work experience in information technology, network security, risk management, or related fields to make professional judgments on account security issues.
- Possess good logical thinking and risk assessment skills to accurately assess complex security issues.
- Have strong communication and coordination skills to ensure effective information exchange and cooperation among multiple departments.
- Familiar with operating standards and able to strictly comply to ensure the compliance of operations.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new knowledge and skills to adapt to constantly changing technological and risk environments.
- Strong sense of responsibility and patience is required when dealing with sensitive and complex account issues.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese as the role requires to deal with China/ Hong Kong Mandarin speaking counterparts.
- Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
