What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Manage OKX novice group operation and build the pertinent new user conversion and retention strategy.
  2. Manage and moderate online communities, such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit.
  3. Offer customer support to the OKX community and establish a strong sense of trust among all users.
  4. Moderate the OKX community chat groups and interact with the users to increase positive engagement.
  5. Explore new community-friendly platforms and groups to facilitate the expansion of OKX's user base and influence.
  6. Organizing online events, campaigns and conducting product and service surveys.
  7. Data and user trend analysis for improving users trading behaviour.
  8. Assist in gathering user feedback and providing valuable market insights.
  9. KOL leads sourcing and onboarding.
  10. OKX educational content creation and publishing.

 

What We Look For in You:

  1. A Degree in finance, customer service, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a social media agent, customer service, or a similar role.
  3. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Willingly to work according to given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
  5. Strong people skills: Ability to navigate difficult situations and stay calm under pressure.
  6. Solutions mindset: Passion to find the right solution for customers, and resolve the issue overcoming obstacles; good cost-efficient decision making.
  7. Excellent time management: Ability to multi-task to solve issues for customers, while managing time.
  8. Knowledge on Hubspot management, bot setting and automation is a plus.
  9. Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
