About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Commercial Director in the derivatives sector to develop and execute our commercial strategy
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with business growth objectives

Formulate revenue strategy and revenue optimisation

Work closely with the executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.

Own the development of key business processes and systems.

Lead and inspire sales, marketing and customer success teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Form and foster strong relationships with key clients, industry partners and stakeholders
-
Market expansion and market development, increase market presence for business development opportunities

Oversee customer journey, to ensure positive customer experience, enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Drive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value and experience

Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, finance and other related business areas

Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decision and product innovation
What we look for in you:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the derivatives sector, with a significant portion in a leadership role.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space.

Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data, indices, and regulatory environment.

Be a fit and proper person – demonstrated by police and bankruptcy checks, business references and a signed declaration

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion.

Ability to navigate complex negotiations and forge strong relationships with clients and partners.
