About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Responsible for the design, implementation, promotion of in-house human resources systems with compliance, safety and risk management capabilities
  2. Keep tracking industry trends and research on related products , keep optimizing all systems and modulesd
  3. Coordinate internal and external resources, analyze business efficiency, establish stable processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality

What We Look For In You

  1. Major in Computer Science\Finance\Human Resources\Management, with a Bachelor's degree or above, and at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources system construction and international compliance
  2. A good understanding of the internal data compliance, data security, and compliance culture construction process of the enterprise. Be able to improve enterprise compliance and security with an in-house system
  3. Able to use Chinese and English as working languages
  4. Having good business understanding and insight abilities, able to collaborate with multiple departments, regions, and produce complete solutions with innovation and business workflow
  5. Excellent logical mind and communication skills. Being flexible, self driven, and proactive, skilled in team cooperation
