About the Opportunity

 
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Responsible for OKX cefi user center system globally, independently complete overall product planning and roadmaps, organize work streams and milestones, and reach goals.
  • Responsible for conception, design, development and delivery of our in-house user center product including building authentication capability for both consumer and business customers, designing account structure and business usage for crypto exchange eco-system , handling account level enquiries and providing robust features and SOP for both consumer customer and cs teams.
  • Ensure oversight and review of all End to End solution deliverables.
  • Work in close coordination with all teams to identify, advise and escalate material product risks region by region.
  • With the mindset of becoming the pioneer and leader in the industry, having the ability to research industry gameplay in-depth, discover user needs and detect market opportunities
  • Managing at least two scrum teams by agile process
What We Look For In You:
  • Relevant user experience in user center domain , good logic and systemical growth knowledge
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • Candidates will be self-motivated, client focused and high energy level individual
  • Experienced professional in user center/account services experience in the e-commerce/crypto/finance/ entertainment industry.
  • Ability to navigate across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc.
  • A master of identifying and solving ambiguous problems to drive customer and business value, excellent empathy and business-oriented thinking model, able to define and solve key problems
  • A "Driver" mindset. You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
  • Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.
  • Less experience candidates would be considered as Senior Product Manager.

Experience in building Crypto/Web3/Blockchain products
