About the Opportunity
The middleware team plays a strong and crucial part in stabilising the core infrastructure of OKX. It allows for a stable overall architecture and environment that allows for the engineering community to code, push out to features in a safe and reliable environment. The team is a group of tightly knit individuals passionate about utilising tech to improve and better the coding environment within OKX, thereby benefiting our users and customers in the long run.
What You’ll Be Doing

Deeply understand the company's business scenarios, lead the evolution of databases, middleware, and technical architecture, and develop best practices.

Maintain close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand business scenarios, analyze and optimize performance bottlenecks and stability issues in business systems systematically, devise solutions, and follow up on their implementation.

Collaborate with the basic development platform department to familiarize and master the use of existing tool platforms, and advance the construction of tool platforms according to actual needs.

Support emergency response of online systems and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, with more than 7 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of experience as a system architect, technical lead, or senior expert.

Participated in the design and development of at least one Internet distributed system and played a core technical role in it.

Familiar with Alibaba Cloud, AWS cloud middleware, and database products, familiar with the business usage scenarios of database middleware, development best practices, experience in optimizing the architecture evolution of high-concurrency and large-scale data systems, and experience in data migration without service interruption.

Proficient in Java and JVM basics, with the ability to locate and optimize Java performance issues.

Good communication skills, self-drive, and teamwork abilities.
