About the Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as the CEO office Strategy Product Manager and drive the company's strategic vision to new heights. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and success in a rapidly evolving market.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, particularly global payment and risk functionalities, to effectively communicate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Close collaboration & coordination with various business units, including but not limited to Product & Engineering, Marketing teams, and Growth units.

Your expertise in product, finance, and computer or financial technology related fields will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies that enhance the company's payment capabilities and customer experience, Past experience in Crypto industry is a big plus.

Utilize analytical skills to identify root causes of issues within payment and risk features, collaborating with engineering and product teams to implement sustainable solutions and prevent recurrence.

Proactively identify potential risks or challenges related to payment and risk features and work with relevant teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and be able to have a deep understanding of project status, issues, and risks to CEO and stakeholders, including executives, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

Support cross-functional teams and play a consultative role in the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
What We Look For In You:

Masters/Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science or related field

Proven track records in product management, project management, business analysis, strategic planning, preferably in the technology industry, with a focus on payment and risk features.

Familiarity with payment processing systems, financial regulations, and industry best practices is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive data-driven decision-making.

Embrace and have a good attitude around navigating through ambiguity, can adapt to a changing environment quickly and produce results, excel in problem solving.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous, so as to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to deliver on daily tasks.

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the payment industry is a plus.
