About the Opportunity

P2P trading is a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency trading mode, which allows OKX users to buy and sell crypto with local currencies. Our mission is to provide quality matching services for buyers and sellers. Currently, we have opened P2P trading services in 28 countries around the globe. Our P2P trading team is looking for experienced and exceptional business development managers. The ultimate goal is to build a top-notch international team.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Responsible for the operation and management of P2P users, establishing and improving the operation system and strategies of merchants, and improving the service experience of merchants;
  • Handle disputes arising from P2P transactions on the platform and support users/clients with troubleshooting to resolve their issues
  • Improve the trading activity of merchants and users and increase trading volume through refined operation, service and high-quality publicity and planning;
  • Ability to leverage on regional user data and insights to contribute to the team’s growth & ops strategies
  • Based on industry understanding and constant market research, provide localization feedback and competitive information, put forward optimization suggestions for product experience upgrading, and help the team to quickly match strategies suitable for local promotion according to hot events.
What We Look For In You:
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Proficiency in English as working language; and Thai, so as to converse with Thai-speaking stakeholders in the local market
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a must
  • Preferably a crypto P2P user
  • Have rich experience and resources in other P2P platforms, master P2P merchant channels, and be able to independently develop new merchants or explore merchants from competitors;
  • Familiar with the whole process of P2P operation, able to build user trust through service and daily management;
  • Good inter-departmental communication and collaboration skills, and team management skills
  • Proactive, result-oriented, problem-solving and analytical skills are a must have.
