About The Opportunity: 
OKX Broker provides brokers with the account management system, order management system, matching system, and settlement system.
The broker team will keep building our broker infrastructure and commission policy to help OKX to serve more users and get more market share around the world.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • In charge of product growth and activity operation of the broker platform, deeply understanding the broker service, formulate the cooperation strategy and operation activities for broker clients, and promote the whole process implementation plan to bring about user growth
  • Cooperate with the growth side to expand more broker clients through product integration and strategy optimization, so as to expand more users;
  • Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, analyse our competitor’s products and industry trends, and transform the data and information to an actionable product iteration plan.
  • Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments.
What We Look For In You:
  • Possess experience in product operation and strategy, excellent team cooperation consciousness and communication ability. 
  • Ability to organize and coordinate cross functional and cross departmental resources to solve problems and achieve set goals;
  • A strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry
  • 3-5 years of product manager experience, preferably from a well-known internet or blockchain company.
Nice To Have:
  • Direct experience in brokerage platforms either in traditional finance or crypto industry
  • Have good experience in B2B growth business and have good results
