Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and optimize smart contracts on Ethereum or other mainstream blockchain platforms;

Conduct in-depth research on various DeFi protocols, complete integration documentation, and collaborate with other team members to drive project launches;

Responsible for researching new technologies and directions in Web3, participating in product planning, and promoting product launches;

Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience;

At least 1 year of smart contract development experience, proficient in Solidity, and familiar with contract development frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, etc.;

A deep understanding of blockchain technology, including Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, and L2 networks;

Familiar with Assembly, and experienced in Gas optimization;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication, and team collaboration abilities;

A strong interest in blockchain and willing to continuously learn and research the latest technologies, protocols, and related areas;

Good to haves
-
Financial background, design, or development experience with DeFi protocols;

Knowledge of contract security, and research on common attacks on the blockchain;

Deep research into various DeFi protocols, familiar with their workings and economic models, such as Uniswap, AAVE, Compound, Synthetix, etc;

Fluent in English, experience working with decentralized projects in international teams or in an English-speaking environment;

Familiarity with other contract development languages like Rust, Move, as well as scripting languages such as Python or JS.
