What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for receiving, following up, and solving difficult problems, ensuring that problems are not missed with closed-loop solutions.
  • Proactively discover problems, and promote problem solving through product and process optimization to improve user experience.
  • Communicate across departments, coordinate with others, and lead the team to achieve goals.
  • Formulate and improve relevant systems and processes to promote team development.

 

What We Look For in You:

  1. Full-time Diploma or above (Degree is preferred), with more than 5 years of excellent customer service team management experience. Experience in multinational team management is preferred.
  2. Willingly to work according to given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
  3. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with China/ Hong Kong Mandarin speaking counterparts.
  4. Strong data analysis skills and logical ability.
  5. Strong stress tolerance with good communication and coordination skills.
  6. Proactive working attitude with excellent customer service spirit.
  7. Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
