About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive CIS Crypto Affiliate Development Specialist to join our team.
As a specialist in the crypto industry, he will play a key role in expanding our network of affiliates within the CIS region.
What You’ll Be Doing

Expert Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the CIS region's crypto industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions.

Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, including crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and crypto-school / courses, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.

Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies to drive measurable results, focusing on increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth.

Partnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.

Collaboration with Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.

Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Fluent English and Russian languages is a MUST

Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto industry, specifically in the CIS region

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets

In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulations in the CIS region
