Doctolib is looking for a Lead Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Paris. You will be a key player to ensure we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us to re-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate. You will advise and collaborate with the Engineering leaders to ensure operational & hiring excellency while attracting the best talent.

What you’ll do

  • You will recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare
  • You will be a recruitment expert that drives our TA Tech teams talent attraction strategies; from building sourcing strategies to mastering closing
  • You will own the end to end recruitment life cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment & closing 
  • You will drive expectation-setting conversations, while leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders
  • You will engage and coach hiring managers
  • You will be an advocate for your candidates, ensuring they have the best candidate experience 
  • You will focus on recruitment operational excellence by leveraging our tools to enhance funnel metrics, speed metrics, quality of hire metrics, candidate experience feedback and diversity metrics
  • You will collaborate with our robust global talent acquisition team (recruiters, sourcers, and coordinator) to up-level hiring from a quality, quantity, and candidate experience perspective

You could be our next teammate if you:

  • Have at least 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale up environment
  • Worked with a high growth staff plan in a KPI driven environment
  • Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision
  • Experienced collaborating and advising senior leaders 
  • Have strong problem solving skills, with a solutions first approach 
  • Have a user first attitude, with the ability to listen to and understand the needs & perspectives of stakeholders
