Doctolib is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Product Compliance Legal Counsel, based in Paris, with extensive knowledge on digital and privacy topics and experience on e-health. The role of the Product Compliance team at Doctolib is to co-build with the Tech & Product teams innovative, pragmatic and sustainable legal solutions, wherever we operate. As we are implementing more and more AI into our products, you will get the chance to work on innovative projects at a very exciting time in Doctolibs' development.  As Product Compliance Senior Legal Counsel, you will be a key member of the Legal team. You will join a team composed of skilled lawyers and will report directly to the Senior Leadership. 

What You’ll do : 

Thanks to your experience in e-health and challenging environments, you will: 

  • Take great part to the medicalization of Doctolib by co-building our medical solutions;
  • Elaborate and enrich compliance policies, guidelines and knowledge management systems ;
  • Support our innovations on AI;
  • Participate to the development of awareness and training actions to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of our frameworks ;
  • Follow on-going regulatory and legislative developments on digital & e-health laws in Europe to properly advise the relevant teams on the latest developments and upcoming changes;
  • Support and collaborate seamlessly with the rest of the Legal team on various topics, in all our countries.

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • You are an experienced lawyer with more than 8 years of relevant experience, preferrably in an international company and/or law firm
  • You have an experience in e-health;
  • You have a deep understanding of privacy law and a good understanding of digital law ;
  • You deal effectively with high-profile stakeholders on complex legal matters;
  • You have excellent communication skills, both oral and in written;
  • You are fluent in French and English. German or Italian is a plus.
