Working in the product & tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in product teams in an agile environment, while collaborating cross functionally with design, and business teams.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the Patient Relationship Management team in Berlin

As a Lead Product Manager, you will work on the heart of our B2B product. You will be working across multiple product teams, solving our hardest problems by creating and driving vision and strategy to improve the daily life of health care professionals. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our most complex challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to develop innovative solutions
  • Conduct market research, identify customer needs to drive the prioritization and roadmap planning, balancing these needs with business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product management team, with the potential of leading other product managers.

Who you are

  • Have at least 8 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership: you have worked with developers, designers, customers, stakeholders and leadership.
  • Base your strategic product decisions on a strong analytical mindset grounded on data and customer needs - solving complex problems.
  • Developed & launched products in a large scale SaaS or B2B environment, where you needed to change the engine while it ran at full speed.
  • Always put the user in the center of your work.
  • Have experience in the healthcare industry and/ or leveraging state of the art technology [e.g. AI].
  • Are fluent in English + German or French.
