What you’ll do

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive SEO strategies & action plan to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive B2B lead generation, by collaborating with the local B2B Marketing teams in France, Germany and Italy.
  • Techincal SEO Optimization: Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve site health and performance, optimize website structure and internal linking.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with local teams and external freelancers/agencies to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content, monitor and analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Deep Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor & analyze SEO performance on a daily basis (at keyword/page level), provide regular reports on KPIs & actionable recommendations for optimizing performance, and build compelling monthly reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Analytics & Product to align strategies & ensure optimal delivery.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO algorithm updates & best practices, implement innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement & stay ahead of the competition. Share industry insights & provide recommendations to internal stakeholders, keeping the company at the forefront of SEO innovation.

  • SEO Technical and Content: Expertise in both technical SEO and content optimization to drive organic growth.
  • Growth Marketing / Growth Product: Proven track record in growth strategies, whether through marketing initiatives or product enhancements.
  • Coordination & Communication: Strong skills in coordinating projects and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data methodically to inform decisions and strategies.
  • User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user needs and a commitment to putting the customer first.
  • B2B SaaS: Experience in the B2B SaaS industry, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.

  • Knowledge of the Healthcare Market: Understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Product Methodology: Familiarity with product development methodologies and best practices

  • Case study to prepare and present to the Hiring Manager and another team member
