What you’ll do
Doctolib is hiring an International Payroll Manager based in Paris to lead our Global Payroll team. Attached to the finance department, you will be responsible for payroll activities, take care of improving our ecosystem of Payroll tools and processes and contribute to the excellent employee experience of our international locations (Germany, Netherlands, Italy). You will support the group expansion for potential new countries.
You will have the following responsibilities and missions (non-exhaustive list) :
- Lead and coordinate a team of 5 payroll specialists based in different locations, define their scope of work, review their quarterly targets and support them in their professional development
- In close relation with the SSC director, you will be the business process owner for the Payroll process and ensure a constant optimization of the delivery and put in place a scalable task allocation in the team
- Ensure the full payroll compliance for each country / entity, according to the contractual and legal obligations, and implement adapted performance indicators
- Ensure relations with social organizations and establish monthly, quarterly and annual social declarations
- Be a strong business partner of the Management, working in close relationship with our internal customers from HR and finance in order to anticipate and integrate at best their needs
- Ensure internal customer service by providing effective support for each Doctoliber’s request regarding payroll calculation and internal policies
- Manage all reporting and statistics requests from internal teams (end of month reports, finance requests, BDES, BSI,...) and external sources (INSEE surveys, benefits info, …)
- Manage external service providers
- Act as a subject matter expert on our Payroll project initiatives as for example time and attendance tool management, workday payroll interface, process improvements
- Be responsible for SOX internal controls related to the payroll
- Lead, in conjunction with project teams, the deployment of our payroll platforms per country

You could be our next team mate if you:
- have already gained 10 years of experience in Payroll roles in Europe or in a similar role as a Payroll manager for multiple countries
- have the know-how to answer all labour law questions safely and independently,
- are enthusiastic in participating in transformation projects and continuous improvements of our processes with our HRIS tools (e.g. Workday),
- are characterised by a high level of organisational skills and a solution as well as service orientation,
- have excellent communication skills in English, German is a strong plus.

- have previously worked in a digital and rapidly growing company,
- are comfortable working in international company and Team with relatively new organisation,
- are used to it and enjoy designing and optimising your own processes,
- have a data driving working approach and have already worked with KPIs.
