What you’ll do

As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, your mission will be to:

Own Test Planning and Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive test plans and strategies during tech scoping, focusing on risk assessment and mitigation.
Drive Exploratory Testing: Facilitate and guide exploratory testing sessions, mentoring team members in effective testing techniques.
Oversee Bug Triage Process: Manage the bug triage process efficiently, ensuring critical issues are prioritized and addressed promptly.
Lead Security and Privacy Initiatives: Collaborate with security experts to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Performance Testing Coordination: Coordinate performance testing efforts before major releases, working with engineers and PMs.
Monitor Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Prepare for and conduct audits, ensuring QA processes meet relevant regulatory standards.
Quality Metrics Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis of quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Who you are

You have at least 4+ years of QA experience.
You are proficient in test management tools and automation frameworks.
You have strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
You are experienced in performance testing and security compliance.
You possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
You are proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
