We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m) to join our teams working on the prescription module inside our clinical Software.

As a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m), your mission will be to shape a prescription module that will transform the way practitioners and patients experience this key moment of the care path. We want to radically change the way prescription is currently done by:

  3. Having a holistic approach and leveraging Doctolib’s assets to improve the drug adherence.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Understand the needs and context of key players of the prescription experience (doctors, medical assistants, pharmacists, patients) using qualitative (field trips, interviews, prototype testing…) and quantitative data across several countries and clusters
  • Know and Incorporate the regulations constraints of each country to make sure we are compliant whilst remaining easy to use.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, business and technical context through benchmarking and research
  • Define the vision, own the product strategy and translate them into clear and measurable objectives.
  • Build a prioritized roadmap and product plan to deliver this vision in a scalable way, taking into account Doctolib’s growth plan.
  • Lead the execution of the projects autonomously, from problem definition to solution framing, specs writing, validation of developments, rollout and follow-up results and impacts
